Management Trainee

• Management Trainee Program offers challenging programs that aim to establish future talented innovators in taking care of all management feature, forthcoming tasks, & retail business areas, in order to be recognized & adored for helping the consumer.

Responsibilities:

• Developing programs to increase sales and margin
• Initiates team effectiveness work processes
• Creates retailing best practice programs

Requirements:

• Male/Female
• Applicants must be holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or Diploma Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Bakery Pastry or equivalent.
• Having minimum 1 year(s) of working experience in Retail and Sales areas is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent. Job role in Management or Supervisor/Team Lead.
• Placement : Bali, Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur
