PT Eternit Gresik (PMA), part of the ETEX Group, is a multinational manufacturer in the building materials industry, headquartered in Brussels. PT. ETERNIT GRESIK is the first producer of Non Asbestos Calcium Silicate Flat Boards and Fibre Cement Roofing Sheets. In order to reinforcing our Commercial team we are creating the following position :
RECEPTIONIST (Code: RCPT)
Responsibilities:
- Handling phone call from incoming call (outside ) who need information and contact to the company and transferring for the receiver
- Handling visitors for business purpose and receiving all incoming documents, letters and distribute to the address
- Handling couriers (domestic, international) and arranging for sending all letters from all department
- Taking note all message from incoming call
- Handling phone call for all requested from internal ( all dept) to their relating for company business
- Update the list telephone for employee, distributor supplier, clients and list of phone extension.
- Checking the bills from couriers (post offices, domestic courier and international) and reporting the monthly expenses.
- Female
- Age between 22 – 25 years old
- Holding a Bachelor Degree (S1) in Communication / Administration
- Having at least 1 year experience in the same field / position, preferably working for foreign company
- Detail oriented, pleasant personality and good communication skill and simple administration
- Customer oriented person, sense of service to customer
- Good command of English (oral & written) & MS.Office
- Placement : Gresik, East Java
