Specialist - Occupational Health (HSES)
Requirements :
- Graduated of Public Health or Natural Sciences.
- Minimum 2 year high experience of experience in operating monitoring devices.
- Able to make monitoring plans.
- Able to identify occupational health risks and dangers.
- Able to analise data for recommendations.
- Able to communicate well both in verbal and written ways.
- Able to manage data administration and daily correspondency.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Mining or Engineering
- Having 2 year experience as Contract Specialist / Contract Engineer if preferable.
- Extensive Knowledge of prevailing laws and regulations, especially those related to commercial activities.
- Strong analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Having national or international certification in Supply Chain/ Procurement.
- Ability to formulate contract documents and ability to interpret contract documents. Understanding supply chain management and continuous improvement techniques to improve it.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
- Having 2 years’ experience in Mine technical engineering position with practical production experience an advantage.
- Excellent skills in computing and data analysis programmers.
- Having experience in using MINEX software.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 (three) years working experience in mechanical disciplines (preferably coal fire power plant construction/ operation, rotating machinery) with sufficient exposure to capital projects.
- Understand project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge and experience in equipment installation techniques and standards.
- Familiar/ experience working in a dynamic project environment.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with at least 3 years in electrical engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences.
- Have an understanding of how to manage projects, including engineering , procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.
Requirements :
- S1 degree in any related discipline with at least 3 year experience or Diploma 3 with at least 5 year experience.
- Excellent communication in both English and Indonesia.
- Analytical & problem solving skill.
- Knowledge on purchasing, cataloguing, and contract.
- Preferably knowledge on Ellipse system and Corvu operation.
- Knowledge on import regulation and international procurement.
Requirements :
- Have good Mechanical Construction design analysis skills and must be able to check design results in at least two different ways, with minimum 3 years’ experience.
- Ability to write clear, concise, relevant reports – usually with detailed recommendations. Ideally these reports should be in English Language.
Requirements :
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Education or other related fields with a minimum of 3 years relevant in training and/ or human resource development.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills to conduct Leadership and Management Training programs.
- Knowledge of principles and current approaches to General Training and adult education techniques.
- Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent relationship management, time management, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Sound computer skills in MS Office other popular applications.
Requirements :
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferably from Civil Engineering or other discipline with equivalent training and experience.
- Extensive (minimum 5 years) experience in large scale of civil project.
- Have good experience in supervising project activities, including civil, mechanical and electrical services with substantial project management experience.
- Ability to work with a diverse team of professionals and equipment operators.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology or Geotechnical qualifications may be considered.
- Extensive experience and proven skills in long term mine planning; in particular involving open cut coal mining operations. As a guide, ten (10) years plus experience should be used.
- Strong people management skills, ideally with training and supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to produce reports and to deal with a diverse range of personnel.
- Commitment to KPC’s general standards and more specifically the safety and environmental standards

- Financial skills to handle capital appropriation, costing and budget responsibilities.

Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in (Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication) with 7 – 9 years working experience in industrial relation.
- Strong knowledge of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
- Capability to do negotiation in conflict and pressure situation.
- Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.
Requirements :

- Engineering degree in Civil Structure.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English, to liaise with KPC personnel.
- Ability to make effective use of Civil Project Software such as Microsoft Project, SAP, ETABS.
- Having a good knowledge of KPC’s HSE policies (or equivalent), procedures and standards.
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity
