Analyst - Contract Formation
Responsibilities
- The jobholder is responsible for handling all contracts requisition of the Networks directorates for all related Telco Strategic/M
- Involve to any company initiatives as Legal team, such as; Submarine cable sharing project between XL and Indosat, etc.
- Within 2012 Non Networks directorates was requested about 241 contracts, means 1 day 2 contracts request, while C/F SLA for contra
- Provide contracts expert facilities in regards of any contract performance issue that may raise out upon execution of the contract
- Provide Legal opinion on any contracts performance issue
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law of reputable university
- Has worked experiences in procurement contract drafting from Telco/IT
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor the implementation work-life balance and employee engagement principal to establish conducive working environment.
- Bachelor Degree (S1) from Social Science
- Minimum experience in Employee Relation
- Knowledge in concepts of Employee Relation with a
- focus on Telco industry, Excellent Communication
