Community Relation Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :

• Directly maintaining good relations with public
• Attend/ participate/ organize social activities directly in community
• Mediating between the community and the company
• Collecting informations, feedbacks, and suggestions from the communities around company's operation

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma degree of Social Science
• Minimum 2 (two) years related position as Community Relation or Corporate Social Responsibilities Staff
• Have a deep knowledge about public relation
• Excellent command in English both oral and written
• Excellent skill in writing and reporting
• Have a deep knowledge about community awareness
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to operate computer (exellent in Office Software)
• Adaptive, Determind, Responsive, Open Minded, Integrity, Balance
• Ready to work in team
• Available Position: 4 positions

Land Management Supervision
Job Responsibilities :

• Perform checks on the land that will be acquired and managed for the land assessment for compensation and management in accordance with the conditions of the field
• Ensure land use and land preparation in accordance with the procedures and the annual work plan to enhance the value of land and land security in the long run
• Running the checkout process and manage all documentation and release of land management in accordance with the applicable procedures
• Make periodic reports on business processes, ensuring tasks and schedule of activities have been carried out, so that the business process on the release and management of land can run well and controlled

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree of Forestry/ Law/ Civil/ Geography/ Geodesy
• Minimum 2 (two) years related position as land aquisition or land management officer
• Excellent command in English both oral and written
• Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills's
• Determined, adaptived, responsive, open-minded, integrity, balance
• Ready to work in a team
• Available Position: 4 positions
