seeking candidats from all universities in Indonesia, focusing on:
Learning Development & Talent Supervisor (LDTS)
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering or Psychology, with GPA above 2.75
- Fluent in English both verbal and written (Toefl >513; IELTS >5.5)
- Confident in operating Microsoft Office and quickly learn other computer programs
- Good interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Able to conduct Training Need Analysis
- Able to quickly adapt and learn new things
- Experienced trainer
- Willing to work in a remote area with work roster (28 days working, 14 days off)
- Able to integrate Newcrest values in performing tasks and responsibilities
Requirements :
- Minimum Senior High School (SMU/SMK) or similar. Preferably bachelor degree in Chemical or Technical
- Minimum 2 years experience in processing plant activities (crushing, grinding & gold recovery processing plant)
- Experience to operate loader, excavator, and forklift (SIO certificate) is preferable
- Excellent both physical & health condition
- Hard worker, initiative and able to work as a team
- Have a strong motivation to learn about ethics in mining industry
- Good both communication skill & attitude
