Land and Forestry Officer
Basic Purpose :
  • To conduct field works need for land acquisition and forestry land use.
  • To socialize land acquisition plan to and make engagement with land owners, Forestry and other Government Authorities as well as tillers in both forestry and non forestry.  
  • To handle day to day land and forestry land use issue in the fields.
Nature and Scope
  • Conducting Land Status and Ownership, Tilling Identification, Compensation Assessment, Socialization and Negotiation under supervision of the Deputy Manager in order to ensure the implementation of Land and Forestry Business Processes accordingly
  • In coordination wait other respected functions  to maintain communication and relation with local stakeholders (Local Government, Land Owners and Others) in executing Land Acquisition, land maintenance and in performing forestry requirement obligations
  • Supporting Land Management Team in collecting and updating any relevant and applicable Local Regulations and Policies under supervision of the Coordinator Land and Forestry Compliance
  • Supporting Field Operation Management Team (Exploration and Exploitation) in handling Land issue in the fields under supervision of the Deputy Manager
Principal Accountability
  • Accountable in conducting field works of land and forestry matters.
  • Accountable in conducting socialization and engagement with land owners, tillers and local stakeholders.
  • Accountable in handling day to day land and forestry issues in the field.
Qualifications
  • Basic education (s)
    • Bachelor / Diploma degree in Law or Social Science.   
  • Experience (s) progressively responsible experience in oil/gas industry.  
  • Skill (s)
    • Has sufficient understanding on Community / Local Culture, Government Structure and Organization and Public Policy.
    • Five (5) years experience field assignment in Land Acquisitions, Local Permitting, Community Relations, ConflictResolutions.
    • Has strong communication and interpersonal relation skills and integrity.
    • Has experience in problem solving (conflict resolution), team player and target oriented.
    • Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
    • Has strong integrity and commitment to promote Company Ethics, Safety and other Values.
Sr. Mechanical/Piping Engineer
Roles & Responsibility
  • Participate and contribute in all aspects of mechanical and piping design/engineering for all project phases. This includes concept evaluation, concept optimization, and development of data sheets, material selections, layouts, and all other mechanical/piping deliverables in compliance with the Basis of Design, relevant codes and specifications, and with project objectives of safety, maintainability, operability, and access.
  • Provide active on-site assistance during fabrication and installation to ensure that the mechanical equipment, all piping systems and components are fabricated, installed, and tested in accordance with the design documents and relevant codes and specifications.
  • Assist in the resolution of queries, requests for deviation, and non-conformance assessments.
  • Participate in planning and execution of commissioning, start-up, and initial operation troubleshooting.
  • Comply with Company’s health, safety, environment and ethics standards and requirements.
  • Support initiatives in achieving Project Quality and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) goals.
  • Assist in mechanical design development and ensure that the design is in accordance with the Basis of Design, Company quality and HSE standards, and relevant codes and specifications.
  • Ensure that reliability and operability are considered in the equipment and overall facility design.
  • Assist in development, review, and approval of all applicable mechanical static equipment datasheets, drawings, RFQ packages, vendor data, FAT procedures, and selection of major equipment suppliers.
  • Assist in preparation of maintenance and sparing plans for operation phase.
  • Assist in development, review, and approval of all applicable piping, valve, and appurtenance drawings and specifications, and vendor documents as required.
  • Provide input on pipe strain issues, constructability, and maintainability of equipment, piping, and instrument/electrical components during design and fabrication phases.
  • Review and monitor the contractor’s execution plan for, and the development of, piping layout, 3D model, and piping stress analyses. Participate in and closely monitor the Contractor’s 3D model and perform required clash checks.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relations with Contractors, other Project Team Members, and COPI Operations. Interface with other disciplines to coordinate and proactively resolve all conflicts that affect the overall facility layout.
  • Participate and contribute in the preparation and evaluation of bid tenders.
  • Participate and contribute in P&ID, VIP, HAZID, HAZOP, peers and operations reviews.
  • Ensure that the mechanical equipment, all piping systems and components are fabricated installed, and tested in accordance with the design documents and relevant codes and specifications.
  • Assist in the development of installation, hookup, and pre-commissioning procedures. Provide on-site support and assistance during installation, pre-commissioning and integration of mechanical equipment and piping at site.
  • Participate in development of the planning and implementation of commissioning and start-up activities, including onsite attendance.  
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree S1 in Engineering  
  • Having experience in mechanical equipment and piping/facility layout design, testing, and completion/commissioning/start-up in the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong technical/engineering skills with a thorough knowledge of applicable Codes and Standards plus a working knowledge of other discipline activities.
  • Broad knowledge of mechanical equipment and manufacturers and system suppliers, with a particular expertise in the design, specification, manufacturing, testing, installation, hook-up, commissioning and start-up of mechanical equipment.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in the use of mechanical engineering tools, including mechanical equipment design software for pressure vessel, tank, and heat exchanger.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in the use of piping engineering tools, including stress analysis software and 3D modeling programs.
  • Demonstrate skills in planning and implementation of mechanical equipment and piping fabrication, installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up.
  • Good working knowledge of HSE issues related to facility layout.  
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
  • Commitment to the implementation of Company’s quality and HSE philosophies.
  • Good interpersonal skills.  Able to forge productive work relationships with Project Team personnel and with contractors.
  • Ability to cope in a positive and productive manner within a high-pressure environment and a large amount of detail as expected in large Projects with aggressive schedules.
