Officer Development Program (ODP)
Qualifications

• Citizen of Indonesia.
• Male / female, maximum age 26 years old (not yet 27 years old by February 28, 2013).
• Minimum height 160 cm for male candidates and minimum 155 cm for female candidates.
• Able-bodied with proportional weight.
• Minimum possess Bachelor degree from leading state / private university with good reputation, preferably majoring in:
• Economic (Accounting, Management & Banking).
• Law (Civil and Criminal).
• Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Informatics, Agriculture).
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
• Preferably having minimum TOEFL score 500.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office.
• Not married, and willing to not get married for 2 years.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Willing to undergo 5 years official bond.
• Not relatives with Bank BTN employees (parents / siblings).

General Banking Staff (GBS)
Qualifications

• Citizen of Indonesia.
• Male / female, maximum age 25 years old.
• Minimum height 160 cm for male candidates and minimum 155 cm for female candidates.
• Able-bodied with proportional weight.
• Minimum possess Bachelor degree preferably majoring in:
• Economic (Accounting, Development Studies, Banking).
• Law (Civil and Criminal).
• Computer Science / Information Management, Informatics Engineering.
• Engineering (Civil, Architecture, Electrical, Industrial, Agriculture).
• Psychology.
• Statistics.
• Public Relation.
• Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00.
• Proficient in English both written and spoken.
• Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office.
• Not married, and willing to not get married for 2 years.
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.
• Willing to undergo 3 years official bond.
• Not relatives with Bank BTN employees (parents / siblings).
