Issuers Listing Analyst
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate companies’ go-public requirements, monitor, evaluate, and analyze issuers’ compliance of the issuers’ corporate action and adequacy of disclosure information of the issuer with the capital market regulation and IDX listing rules. Provide application for the issuer to disseminate information electronically.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience as an auditor in Public Accountant Firm/ treasury/ analyst in securities companies, investment banking, asset management, appraisal company
- Having knowledge about corporate finance will be an advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the implementation of IDX Financial accounting transactions by maintaning journal input into the accounting and reconciliation application system in order to provide accurate & punctual financial transaction information.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's in Accounting
- Required skill(s): Accounting, taxation
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, having experience as an auditor in Public Accountant Firm
- Having skill in writing and reporting
Responsibilities :
- Analyze financial report and monitor the operations of IDX' Member.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year experience as auditor in Public Accountant Firm
- Having knowledge about journal transactions will be an advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Providing capital market information to stakeholders in specified area by conducting public education events (as a trainer) and maintaining good relationship with all stakeholders.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting/ Banking/Communication.
- Minimum 2 years experience in capital market industry or financial institution
- Having capital market license will be an advantage (WPPE, WMI, etc)
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for handling administration duties, managing petty cash and budget, managing library, public visit service, and supporting capital market education events in specified area.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Administration/Economic/Communication
- Good in administrative skills, detail oriented, assertive, communicative
- Minimum 1 year experience in administration field will be an advantage
Responsibilities :
- Handling IT project management, coordinating all stakeholders involved in project implementation, ensure the project management conform with IT governance, monitor the project development progress.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): IT Project Management, IT Governance Framework, Software Development Lifecycle
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably having experienced in IT Project Management
- Having IT certification wil be an advantage
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing new and existing capital market product (including market target) in order to enhance Indonesia Capital Market development.
- Bachelor Degree in Economic, Accounting and Finance
- Having knowledge about applied statistic, project management, research & methodology
- Minimum 1 year experience in treasury, securities, asset management, banking and investment
Responsibilities :
- Analyze and establish system architecture and framework especially for network and server configuration.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ Information System Management or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Networks, O/S Linux, Win server 2008, system virtualization
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the same field
- Having IT certification ( CCNA, etc) will be an advantage
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for IDX operational trading system including infrastructures and regulation, helpdesk for trading operation of IDX member.
- Major in IT/Information System Management
- Minimum 1 year experience in operational system and helpdesk officer
- Having knowledge about IT application and networking, MySQL, Oracle, LINUX, database will be an advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, implementing and developing Bonds & Derivatives trading system.
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Technology/ Electrical Engineering/ Economics/ Finance Management/ Computer Science
- Minimum 1 year experience in the related field
- Having knowledge about capital market, business application/ Information Technology, business process and risk management will be an advantage.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing IDX' Corporate Governance and Risk Management Guidelines.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Risk management, Corporate governance, Management system ( ISO 9001 dan ISO 27001), IT governance, business process.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
Responsibilities :
- Handling secretarial and administration duties ( e.g filling system management, meeting and travel arrangement)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Secretary, Office Administration
- Required skill(s): Administration, Filling System, Ms. Office.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
