AR Account - Bogor (Sentul)
Responsibilities :
  • Able to be responsible for accounting activities and to run a procedure in accordance with the existing standard of Procedure Control
  • Control and monitor invoices
  • Monitor activity and ensure accounting report is in conformity with the actual accounting
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): have a good knowledge in account receivable, familiar with accrual system and accounting software, administration skill, good in excel spreadsheet, concern to details.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Analytical thinking, can work under pressure, and fast learner
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sentul.

Customer Service Staff - Bogor (Sentul)
Responsibilities :
  • To bridge communication between client, customer, and operation team
  • Handle customer in order to minimize level of customer complaints
  • Represent good image of the company by mediating between customer enquiry and operation capability
  • Weekly and Monthly report , monitoring shipment , tracing and tracking customer
Requirements :
  • Max. 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Logistic / Transportation, Mass Communications, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): computer literate, good communication skill, have knowledge in transportation management, administration skill.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Sentul.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Finance Staff - Jakarta Timur (Cililitan)

  • Familiar with accrual system and accounting software,
  • Required skill(s): administration and good in Microsoft Excel spreedsheet
  • Required language(s): English
  • Concern to details, analytical thinking, can work under pressure, and fast learner
