Entry Level Engineer Log Analysis - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- This is an entry-level position for the log analysis disciplines.
- Assists in making recommendations to customers for well completions or new well sites.
- Conducts work requiring judgement in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Maintains an awareness of new technologies.
- Responsible for monitoring the quality of tool and log response based upon hole conditions, geology, and reservoir fluid properties within a NWA / Country.
- Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in Engineering, Physics or Geology
- Minimum of 0-2 years experience as a Technical Professional in Logging and Perforating.
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Certification as a Licensed / Chartered Professional Engineer is preferred.
Responsibilities :
- Take the lead position on select Directional Drilling (DD) projects as a Senior DD Field Professional. Share your technical and operational expertise with external customers in a professional manner. Advise clients on Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) selection and all aspects of Directional Drilling performance. Ensure that BHA's are assembled as planned, including correct makeup torque, doping and handling. You should be proficient in the use of Directional Drilling computer software and be able to provide advice and analysis to the client representative at the work site. Ensure well profile plots are up-to- date and provide the client representative with directional survey data. Also, become fully conversant with the client's requirements regarding well clearance, proximity and surveying procedures.
- Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering, Science, Geology or other technical discipline preferred; and equivalent experience as a driller / tool pusher, or higher is required. Should also have relevant offshore certificate and one year's experience as a Level II Directional Drilling Professional or related experience. Selected applicant must possess good communication skills, math, data entry, and recording skills.
Responsibilities :
- Combine your management skills with your knowledge of repairing and maintaining down-hole, electronic, and surface equipment in this supervisory position at Halliburton. As the Down-Hole Tool Shop Supervisor, you will organize and coordinate activities surrounding the repair and maintenance of down-hole, electronic and surface equipment for our Sperry Drilling Services division. You will instruct employees on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, train new technicians, and develop skills of current workers. Other responsibilities include, monitoring down-hole equipment operations, ensuring that maintenance and safety procedures are followed, maintaining inventory, and promoting safety, quality improvement process awareness, and teamwork.

- Having working experience in the same position
- Specialized training in equipment maintenance through knowledge of field services and / or shop repair functions is required
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage
