- Maximum graduated in 2011.
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum height 165 cm.
- Possess Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.

- Willing to be placed in PT. PP (Persero) Tbk. projects across Indonesia.
