Management Development Program (MDP) - (All Over Indonesia)
Responsibilities:

• MDP is a program designed to prepare candidates of strategy position at PT. Tower Bersama Infrastructure in the future

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable University majoring in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, Electrical or Telecommunication) or Marketing
• Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00
• Maximum age 26 years
• Fresh graduate or maximum 1 year work experience in any field
• Have good analytical thinking and leadership
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• High motivation and proactive
• Have experience in campus or social organization
• Must be willing to work all over Indonesia
