Management Trainee (MT-04)
Responsibilities :

• You will be developed as a leader and responsible for monitoring, controlling, executing and reporting parts sales and service activities in the branch office.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
• Minimum GPA 3.00 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum 27 years old in June 2012
• High interest in Engine, Maintenance, Parts Sales and Service Activities,
• An ability to analyze and evaluate situations to produce a range of effective solutions to problems
• Having Good Leadership, Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated
• High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
• Able to join the company immediately
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Human Capital Staff (HC-04)
Responsibilities :

• Implementing the process of recruitment, placement and people development. Getting employees with appropriate skills, abilities and competencies for the company needs.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering / Human Resource Management
• Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum age of 27 years old
• Ability to define and analyze development need to build new development program or modify and improve existing program
• Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules.
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Computer literacy is a must
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA
• Placement: Jakarta

IT Administration & Help Desk Officer (IT04)
Responsibilities :

• Implementing all IT administration including both of technical or non-technical based on SOP

Qualifications :

• Diploma Degree (D3) from Informatics Management / Informatics Systems
• Minimum GPA 2,80 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum age of 25 years old in 2013
• Able to work with Standard & Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Having good analytical thinking, communication skill, able to work in a team and tight schedules.
• Having experiences in IT Help Desk more preferred.
• Computer literacy is a must
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Accounting Officer (AO-04)
Responsibilities :

• Implementing and executing Accounting Administration & Reporting, Reconciliation, and Monitoring all Accounting activity.

Qualifications :

• Diploma Degree (D3) from Accounting/Taxation
• Minimum GPA 2,80 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum age of 25 years old in 2013
• Able to work with Standard & Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
• Computer literacy is a must
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Business Consultant (BC-04)
Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments. Provide superior personal and professional service solution for our clients.

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) from All Major (Engineering more preferred)
• Minimum GPA 2,80 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum 27 years old in 2012
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• High interest in marketing and sales (have experience in marketing more preferred)
• Have creativity to entertain and make a deal with customer
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
• Able to join the company immediately
• Willing to be placed in all PT Traktor Nusantara Branch, Group AHEME and ASTRA

Parts Service Sales (PSS-04)
Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients. Network, develop and firmly establish the various channels necessary to reach the target market segments of parts and commodity products. Provide superior personal and rofessional service for our clients.

• Diploma Degree (D3) from All Majors (Engineering more preferred)
• Minimum GPA 2,80 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
• Maximum age of 25 years old in 2013
• High interest in Marketing and Sales
• Having Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Confident, Self-Motivated, Target-driven
• Able to join the company immediately
