Requirements
- Bachelor (S1)/ Master (S2) degree from reputable University
- Minimum GPA 3.00 (of 4.00 Scale) for Bachelor and minimum 3.25 (of 4.00 Scale) for Master
- Maximum 25 years old for Bachelor and maximum 27 years old for Master
- Having systematic communication skill
- Highly motivated
- Having high analytical thinking
- Able to work in team
- Free of illegal drugs
- Not married and not willing to get married during education process
- Willing to be placed in all BCA Branch throughout Indonesia according to BCA needs
- Willing to undergo the service bond after completed the education
- Passed in the selection test
