Requirements:
- S1/S2 from reputable university all disciplines except Religious, Teacher Training, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, Public Health Sciences & Nursing
- Minimum GPA 3.01 (for S1) and 3.20 (for S2)
- Maximum age 26 years old
- Active in English both oral and written
- Not married and willing to not get married during the MDP education
- Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia
- Active in the organization, both within and outside the campus.

- Having working experience in banking or financial institution
- Have complete and detailed knowledge of the banking products especially Islamic banking

- Have a good communication skill (persuasively)
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Able to operate computer minimal MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Has never participated in the selection process of Bank Syariah Mandiri employees in the last 6 months
