Quality Assurance Supervisor (Code : QA-Spv)
Function:

• Organize and advise on Process or Quality improvement to make job simpler.

Job Descriptions:

• Organize and advise on Process or Quality improvement to make job simpler,
• faster and better for QAP Technicians, QAP Leading Operators and QAP Operators.
• Evaluation of sub-ordinates performance.
• Ensure Proper flow of all NRS, SAR, ARI, RRS and other documents.
• Verification of all PIS and other QA document, Daily briefing.
• Identify aspect, Impact and emergency risk of activity in QA department.
• Verification that all claim countermeasure has been implemented well at production line.
• Customer claim investigation.

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical, from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3.00 ( 4.00 scale )
• Male/ Female
• Maximum Age 27 years old
• Available for Fresh Graduate

Production Planning Supervisor (Code : PPC.SPV)
Function:

• To control quality and productivity on production dept.

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate internal control & purchaser officer daily activity
• Supervise of part and finished goods store & warehouse
• Coordinates stock taking activity to related department
• Coordinate added value analysis with related department
• To identify & control aspect impact & emergency risk of related activities (ISO 14000)
• To monitor and control implementation of ISO 9002, ISO 14000, and PLP activities and implementation

Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Industrial / Electrical / Accounting, from reputable university
• Minimum GPA 3.00 ( 4.00 scale )

Function :

• Perform all daily HR activities to support the HR Manager in the
• implementation of strategic

Job Descriptions :

• Administering and tracking of probationary / merit appraisals and employee contract renewals
• Process departmental transfers and promotions
• Maintain employees Leave and Attendance administration and liaise with payroll team
• Maintain relationship with Union and Manpower Office.
• Handling Employees Grievance and Counseling
• Maintaining Jamsostek administration which includes of Occupational Accident Benefit, Death Benefit, Old Age Benefit and Medical Benefit
• Maintaining the Staff training program requirements and create the program to meet career development need

Function:

• Supervise, monitor, and motivate all technicians in every aspect of their performance

Job Descriptions :

• Provide the guide line and project schedule for better performance include report to the superior as required
• Assure achievement of skill and knowledge through the proper development, training, and motivation to subordinate
• Ensure the testing equipments are good in order all the time to well maintenance for better efficiency and reliability
• Contract review for new product, e.g. answering RIS
• Technical communication to customer / support sales people
• Product testing by customer request
• Identify aspect impact and emergency risk of activities in the department
