Internal Auditor (EXE-1) - PHE ONWJ
Job Description :

• To support administration in evaluation of effectiveness of internal control process across all company functions. To perform, coordinator and monitor external audits works across all company functions as well as follow up audit findings, in order to ensure business operations are run in accordance with all relevant and applied policies, procedures, JOA, and Government Regulations.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 1 years of working experiences in oil and gas industry
• Preferably having minimum 2 years of working experiences in Finance & Accounting
• Preferably having minimum 1 years of working experiences in Internal Control
• Should have experience in auditing operations in a complex environment
• Has knowledge in Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Risk assessment, PSC accounting treatment
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Has essential leadership skills and good teamwork
• Has excellent track record in managing & delivering multitasking project and/or project management
• Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office

Compliance Analyst (EXE-2) - PHE ONWJ
Job Description

• To develop and maintain Code of Conduct web-site; To monitor web-based Code of Conduct reporting (conflict of Interest declaration and gratification); To prepare and maintain the material campaign and CoC E-books and fully involve in Ethics and Compliance campaign, Review and control of the Code of Conduct implementation.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 years of working experiences in oil and gas industry
• Preferably having minimum 2 years of working experiences
• Has experience in company policy management
• Has knowledge in Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Risk assessment
• Has Experience maintaining Web-based content a plus
• Has strong communication and presentation skills
• Has essential leadership skills and good teamwork
• Has excellent track record in managing & delivering multitasking project and/or project management
• Good command in English and computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Closing date: 20 May 2013
