Human Capital - Recruitment Staff (Code : REC-JID)
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent
  • Having experience minimum 2 years as recruitment staff, preferably in IT Company
  • Having experience minimum 2 years using psychological tools
  • Possess good interviewing and negotiating techniques and skills
  • Hard worker, able to work under pressure, and team player
  • Have strong analytical thinking
  • Fluent in English, oral & written
  • Placement : Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang
Account Manager - Financial Managed Services (Code : AM-JID)
Responsibilities :
  • Build and expanding relationship with existing or new customer
  • Delivering sales presentation to existing or prospect customer
  • Prepare sales proposal, pre-calculation and closing sales
  • Achieving sales target
  • Communicate customer requirement to internal project & operation team
Requirements :
  • Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) Degree majoring in Economy, Accounting, or other relevant
  • Having 2-3 year experiences as Account Manager in Banking industry
  • Preferably advance knowledge of banking operation system
  • Good spoken, written communication and presentation skill
  • Self motivated and willing to work hard and able to work under pressure
  • Placement : Bumi Serpong Damai, Tangerang
Consultant (Implementation) (Code : IMP-JID)
Responsibilities :
  • Consult with clients on effective implementation of the application
  • Train client end-user personnel in utilization of the application
  • 70% travel is required with most work occurring at customer sites
Requirements :
  • Bachelor's Degree from Information Technology, Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • Min 3 years experience in Banking, preferable as Back Office in bank branch
  • Possess good knowledge in Banking operation, system and procedure
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Willing to travel
