Graduate Mechanical
Responsibilities :
  • Support project for mechanical discipline scope in the start up and execution phase as required.
  • Actively assist the estimators to provide technical excellence for mechanical discipline scope to enhance estimating procedures and processes.
  • Plan, coordinate and control the development of mechanical discipline scope of work for project activities performed by company in accordance with project/client requirements. Assure compliance with all project interfaces and supervise in-out information flow.
Requirements:
  • Willing to work on remote locations,
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering , preferebly from engineering, design and construction background with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable University (Year of Graduation 2011-2012), and 0-2 years of related experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written)
  • Have an understanding of the following disciplines: construction regulations, mechanical industry codes and standards, workplace health & safety regulations, mechanical quality assurance, construction techniques and processes.
  • General knowledge of site man hour productivity rates and equipments utilization.
  • Computer literacy including advance skill in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent
  • Knowledge of other industry software such as AutoCAD and Structural software is desirable.

Engineer Mining
Responsibilities :
  • The scope of your role will include but not be limited to ensure the target set by the project are met in a time and quality manner
  • To ensure mine planning provided productively and maximum coal recovery in the most cost effectively and safe manner
  • To ensure agreed mine planning followed by mining operation; to communicate short term planning issues to mining operation
  • Directing to mining operation in field for progress mining in daily basis provide daily and weekly plan for directing mining operation to achieve the target.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Mining Engineering Degree
  • Minimum 2 years in experience in related role at mining industry
  • Familiar with mine designing and mine operation in practice, Understand mine operation works and use it to develop and / or review mine design / plan
  • Familiar with Minescape (mine design, mine reserve), introduction to XPAC for scheduling and Talpac for cycle time calculation; Read, understand, and interpret Long Term Mine Plan
  • Possess government certification of POP (Pratama Competency Test)
  • Understanding of admin. Procedures
  • Perform accurate measurements and calculations
  • Read, understand, and interpret Infomine Data.
  • Good in computer literacy
  • Good in English both oral and written
  • Good communication skill
  • Able to communicate to all level (internal/external), diligent
  • Good in planning and organizing.

Plant Engineer
Responsibilities :
  • The scope of your role will include but not be limited to play an active role in providing engineering assistance for business unit and site plant modifications; ensure all issue identified as CIP initiatives from any resources are investigated
  • Provide engineering support to identify fleet, plant and component maintenance issues
  • Provide suggest solutions and roll out plans to rectify issues that have been identified
  • Provide engineering support to analyse and develop whole of life plant operating cost and cost reduction initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have experience in mining industry practice
  • Minimum of 2 year experiences in same role at mine site
  • Have computer literacy
  • Having Analytical and logical thinking, strong initiative, attention to detail, self-motivated, communicative, and able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
