PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) is state owned enterprises engaged in Airport Management service. Currently, Angkasa Pura I manages 13 (thirteen) airports in Central and Eastren Indonesia. In order to meet the needs of HR Operations, PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) in cooperation with Human Resources Development Agency of Transportation / Badan Pengembangan SDM Perhubungan (BPSDM) will hold an Aerodrome Control Tower Training program with the following provisions:

• Pelaksana Pengamanan (Aviation Security)
• Minimum SMA graduate.
• Pelaksana Teknik Bandara
• Minimum SMK graduate, majoring in Building Engineering / Otomotive Engineering, or minimum possess Diploma 3 degree majoring in Civil Engineering, Building and Runway Engineering.
• Pelaksana Keuangan
• Minimum possess Diploma 3 degree majoring in Economics, Accounting, Financial Administration, Trade Administration, and Taxation.
• Pelaksana Kepegawaian & Umum
• Minimum possess Diploma 3 degree majoring in Office Administration, Trade Administration, State Administration, and Management.
• Pelaksana Administrasi Kargo
• Minimum SMA graduate.
• Pelaksana Humas & Protokoler
• Minimum possess Diploma 3 degree majoring in Public Realation, Communications, Business Communications, International Relations.
• Pelaksana Hukum
• Minimum possess Bachelor's degree majoring in Law.
• Pelaksana Teknologi Informasi
• Minimum possess Diploma 3 degree majoring in Informatics / Electronics.

General Requirements :

• Minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale for Higher Education graduates (Diploma 3 degree and Bachelor Degree) or the average score of at least 7 for Senior High School graduate;
• Graduated from an accredited university, with minimum accreditation score B or high school / equivalent;
• Ability to speak English.
• Ability to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Power Point).
• Not tattooed and pierced.
• Able bodied, Medical Certificate required.
• Well-behaved and never get involved with criminal activity, Police Notes required;
• Willing to be placed around the working area of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero).
• Attend all the selection process stages.
• Selection test will be held in Medan.
