BCA Development Program (BDP) / Management Trainee
Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) from any major
• Minimum GPA 3.00 for S1 and minimum 3.25 for S2 (4,00 scale)
• Maximum age 25 years old (S1) and  27 years old (for S2)
• Have a good appereance
• Friendly, diligent, thorough, and detailed
• Able to work individually or in the team
• Have a good communication and interpersonal skill
• English is an advantage
• Highly motivated, strong analytical skills and systematic communication
• Drugs-free
• Not married and willing to not get married for education
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
• Willing to undergo bond department after education
