Officer Development Program Small Medium Enterprise (ODP-SME)
Responsibilities :
- ODP SME is a systematic development program designed for potential and talented fresh graduates or experienced graduates to be trained and developed with the development program intensively, through on-the-job-development that supported by classroom learning (in class training) and learning at the branch (on the job training). The candidates who pass the program will be assigned as Assistant Manager at SME unit in BII branch network in Indonesia, then to be developed as BII Maybank future leaders.
- By considering importance of this program for business growth BII, then only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in any major.
- Minimum GPA 2.75.
- Maximum age 26 years old for Bachelor degree (S1) and 29 years old for Master degree (S2).
- Target oriented.
- Possess good interpesonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed in BII branch office throughout Indonesia.
- Selection test for qualified applicants will be held in Malang.
