Narogong HR Operation Officer - (Narogong)
Responsibilities :
- High quality implementation of CLA, Policy and Procedures in the
most efficient and effective way, monitored, recorded, controlled and
reported
- HR helpdesk management in order handling complaint and feedback
- Employee database management for new, post-probation, post contract and retiring employees
Requirements
- Bachelor (S1) degree any discipline, preferably in Psychology or management
- Experience :
- Minimum 1 year current position
- Experience in Human Resources areas for minimum 3 years
- Computer literacy :
- Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
- Language :
- Excellence of English both oral & written

- Reporting skills (Ms. Excel and Ms. Powerpoint)
