IT Strategic Project Officer (Code: IT SPO)
Responsibilities :
  • Perform maintenance of the Procurement Management System (PMS)
  • Perform technical development of the PMS system
  • Compose the report related to  Procurement processes
  • Coordinate with the unit / branch related procurement processes
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding goods fulfillment readiness
Requirements
  • Minimum possess Bachelor degree majoring in IT (Information Technology)
  • Male, with a good personality, able to cooperate, diligent and tenacious, and committed to proactively perform the tasks
  • Having the capability to be a PHP programmer
  • Preferably having the capability in PHP Framework, Syntax SQL, and Syntax MySQL
  • Having the capability to analyze and able to communicate well
  • Having the capability to use MS. Excel and Powerpoint
  • Having the capability to create the reports

  • Maximum 29 years old
  • Minimum TOEFL score 500
  • Proficient in English
  • Has held leadership positions in extra curricular activities
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
