The Company operates as a member of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk, one of the largest cement manufacturing company in Indonesia. To support the business expansion and its organic growth, PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic individuals for the following challenging position as :
Customer Contact Team Member - Jakarta (Head Office)
Responsibilities / Scope of works:
- As Customer Contact Team Member, the incumbent will be responsible to ensure Customer will pay their outstanding on time in order to meet the Collection and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) target. The task will be covering, but not limited to:
- Implement Holcim Credit Policy in conduct customer credit evaluation.
- Ensure all cash payment received by Holcim prior delivery of cement and the maximum value of cement delivered not more than payment received
- Intensively communicate and visit to customer to chase up payment already due and conduct block and release cement supply based on customer payment performance (Overdue & Credit Limit)
- Ensure customer payment allocated accurate and correctly
- Conduct Reconciliation Customer Outstanding
- Conduct accurate reporting and proper filling related to collection activity
- Diploma / Bachelor degree from a reputable University, Majoring in Business & Management / Finance/ Accountancy/ Engineering is preferable
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the Financial institution, or Accounting area
- Have experience in Credit Management and Contract Management
- Computer literacy: Ms Office, SAP, and Lotus Notes
- Language: Proficient command of English, both oral & written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Good knowledge of collections strategy particularly in dealing with high level management of the customer
- Excellent communication skill
- Customer focus, teamwork, and initiative
- Good analysis and problem solving
- Self motivated and able to work under time constraint
- Have knowledge in tax (VAT, PPh22) is advantage
Responsibilities :
- The positions is needed to assists Purchasing Superintendent in executing the Purchasing Strategy (the systematic process of deciding what, when and how much to purchase, the act of purchasing it, and the process of ensuring that what is required is received on time in the quality and quantity specified).
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
- Two years working experiences preferable holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company
- Computer literacy: Microsoft office
- Language: Good command in English oral and written
- Other qualification / skills:
- Excellent negotiation skill
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Have good technical skill in cement industry is preferable
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and Execute all program related with support for technical product in each area to provide superior products and services assures customer loyalty and fidelity and to give added value to the customers and end user, through enabling maximum customer satisfaction on our products through professional support, training and technical services and communicate to end user
Education:
- Minimum Diploma III or polytechnic graduate in Civil or Architecture
- Minimum 3 (three) years working experience on cement base industry
- Prior exposure related to Batching Plant or having advance knowledge regarding concrete
- Handling complaint with satisfactory result
- Familiar with International standart for cement base product application such as PBI, SNI, ASTM, BS, AASHTO, etc.
- Work on construction field Lead any member to achieve the objective
- Experienced in dealing or communicating with construction workers (such contractor, consultant, project owner or masons)
- Lead or execute some bellow the line (BTL) activities is an advantage
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Internet)
- Good command in English both oral & written
- Has good interpersonal skill, communication skill (incl. Presentation skill), and service oriented
- Honest, Fast learner, hard working and can work under pressure Having SIM A and C license
