Responsibilities:

• Analyzing ± 250 jobs (questionnaire based)
• Verifying job description with incumbents and incumbent’s supervisor

Requirements:

• Good communication skill and Confident
• Preferably from Bachelor or Master of Psychology (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
• Having knowledge of Job Analysis process
• Able to join immediately on May 2013

Analis Operasional Kartu Pembiayaan
Responsibilities:

• Manage call center activity of cards financing (Hasanah Card)
• Manage the operational activities of the business card

Requirements:

• Male / Female
• Minimum Bachelor (S1) from reputable university
• Having experience in the same field at least 2 years.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure
• Highly motivated, love a challenge and meticulous in his work
• Have adequate English skills both orally and in writing
• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)
