Talent Management Officer (Code : TMO)
Responsibilities:

• Facilitating the talent review process, i.e. talent identification and classification
• Conducting analysis for talent data and providing related reports
• Supporting the implementation of employee development program
• Managing the International Employee Assignment system

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree from reputable university
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Male/female, max. 25 years old
• Good in conceptual and analytical thinking skill
• Strong learning agility and self-motivated
• Good knowledge of Ms. Office and able to operate Ms. Excel & Ms. Power Point
• Fluent in English both oral and written

ODP - SME (Officer Development Program untuk Small Medium Enterprise)
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) degree from all majors
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Maximum age 26 years (for S1 graduates) and Maximum age 29 years (for S2 graduates)
• Working with Target oriented
• Good Interpersonal skills, communication skills, and negotiation skills
• Placement: Jakarta, Makassar (South Sulawesi), Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan), Pontianak (West Kalimantan)

IT Strategic Project Officer (Code :IT SPO)
Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance Procurement Management System (PMS)
• Perform technical development of the PMS system
• Make a report related Procurement processes
• Coordinate with the unit / branch related procurement processes
• Coordinate with vendors regarding compliance readiness of goods

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree majoring in IT (Information Technology)
• Men a good personality, can work, diligent and tenacious and committed to proactively perform tasks
• It has the ability as a PHP programmer
• Preferably have the ability PHP Framework, Syntax Sql, and Syntax My Sql
• Having the ability to analyze and better communication with
• Having the ability to use MS. Excel and Powerpoint
• Have the ability to create reports
