Receptionist
Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls
• Handling / receiving guest
• General administrative/secretarial duties for General Manager
• Receiving  incoming and outgoing document from internal  and external

Qualifications:

• Female
• Age minimum 21 years old
• Applicants must be holding at least a D3 Degree majoring in any field
• Must be having minimum 1 year related working experience
• Applicants must be willing to work in Pulogadung.

ERP Support Staff
Responsibilities:

• Provided technical support training to end user
• Improve documentation of support policies and procedures
• Perform company software research, testing, and recommendation
• Perform quality assurance testing of new application release
• Conduct internal and user Training

Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• Age between 23-35 years old
• Holding minimum Diploma (D3) Degree in MIPA/ IT/ Accounting
• Having at least 1 year experience in the same field
• Having experience in ERP system
• Have basic accounting knowledge
• Having working experience in application support
• Must have excellent communication skills for both verbal and written communication
• Expert in Desktop Apps Windows 7 and Company-Specific Apps
• Support Group & Department Objective

Technical Support
Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Provides technical assistance related to IT Issues
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults

Qualifications:

• Male, Age between 23-26
• Holding at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Having at least 1 year(s) of working experience or Fresh Graduated are Welcome
• Able to troubleshoot and back-up networked system
• Having LAN & WAN Knowledge
• Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Raya
