Mold & Tools Preparation Technician (Code: MPDp8)
Qualifications:
- Male, age maximum 30 years old
- Holding at least STM/SMK graduate or Diploma (D3) Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering
- Familiar with injection machine
- Mastering parameter setting on Injection Molding, Transfer Molding, Die Casting
- Having experience in Mold and Tools Preparation, including Mold Cleaning, Mold Repairing to Mold use on Production Process
- Having troubleshooting skills and trial new product
- Proficiency in English
- Placement Cikarang
Requirements:
- Male
- Maximum Age 35 years old
- Minimum SMK / STM or Diploma (D3) majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics
- Familiar and experience in the manufacturing process of plastic products (injection)
- Willing to work on shifts
- Have English language skills (passive)
- Placement location in Cikarang
Requirements:
- Male
- Maximum Age 35 years old
- Minimum Diploma (D3) majoring in Mechanical / Electrical
- 3 years experience in the field of TPM & Maintenance / Engineering
- Master gauges / instruments predictive maintenance, ex: power meter, thermacam, vibration analysis, etc.
- Understand the Elektric diagrams, pneumatic diagrams, hydraulic diagrams, charts mechanic (mechanic diagrams)
- Understand the injection molding machine, low molding, and stretch blow molding
- Understand the utility machines, PLC and microcontroller
- Have English language skills (passive)
- Placement location in Cikarang
