Qualifications :

- Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Accounting with GPA 3.00 from reputable university
- Computer literacy
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Able to work with team
- Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
- Good analythical thinking
- Willingness to travel extensively all around Indonesia
- Readiness to be positioned at any location all around Indonesia
Responsibilities :
- Handling Recruitment, personnel administration
- Reporting and monitoring employee count monthly basis
- Manage & control internal HR administration jobs.
- Handling office management matters, such as stationery, company license, building permits and environment.
- Handling building maintenance, electricity, vehicles, controlling and monitoring facilities and insurance for company’s assets.
- Female, Max age of 28 years old
- Bachelor (S1) degree majoring in Law / Psychology / Management
- Having 1 – 2 years working experience in HR administration, payroll, medical-benefit, recruitment.
- Well understanding about human resources matters.
- Fluent in English both oral & written.
- Computer Literate in using MS office & Internet.
- Good skill in negotiating, persuading and maintaining harmonious relationship.
- Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.
- Hardworking, able to work under pressure, self motivated, honest fast learner, and able to work in a team and/or independently.
