Administration Support
Responsibilities:
  • Assisting Division Head in secretarial duties (develop/compile reports,prepare presentation material, arrange schedule, travel arrangement, correspondence)
Requirements:
  • Female,
  • Age must be between 21-30 years old.
  • Holding at least a Diploma Degree from reputable Academy with GPA min. 2.75 (diploma from secretary would be preferable)
  • Having at least 1 year experience as Secretary / Personal Assistant / Administration support
  • Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), having excellent office clerical skills.
  • Possess strong interpersonal & communication skill
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in fast-paced
  • Placement : Bandung
Finance & Accounting Staff
Requirements:
  • Female, age maximum 30 years old
  • Applicants should be at least an SMK graduate in Accounting
  • Having minimum 1 year experience as Accounting Staff
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office application
  • Thorough, able to work under pressure and able to work within a team
  • Easily adaptable to new working environment
