Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all activities regarding the production process in order to be effective, efficient, safe, orderly, and controlled
- Supervise and ensure the continuity of production in accordance with SOP
- Responsible for providing information to the Production Manager
- Responsible for the cleanliness and the use of the main and auxiliary equipment in the production area
- Identified the need for increased skills and capabilities of employees
- Male, age between 22-30 years old
- Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) with min. GPA 3.00
- Having excellent analytical thinking, organization skills, having high initiative and good leadership skill
- Able to work individually or within a team
- Able to work in detail and thoroughly even under tight deadline
- Preferably having experience in manufacturing
- Familiar with MS Office application (Word, Exccel, PowerPoint)
- Preferably having good communication in English
