Accounting Officer - Jakarta
Responsibilities :
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information
- Answers accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Accomplishes the result by performing the duty
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Max. 35 yeras old
- Bachelor (S1) degree, major Accounting
- Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
- Maximum 25 years old
- Able to work individually as well as a team
- experience as a senior accounting officer or auditor
Requirements :
- University degree (S1), prefer accounting/ finance from reputable university
- Experience min 2 years, prefer from Audit firm/ having experience in media broadcast industry.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, power point, Visio) and other application support for audit process.
- Knowing about Risk Based Audit approach
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and good team player
- Willing to work hard, and travel during audit assignment
Responsibilities :
- To provide a complete information to the contestants that given by Miss World Organization (MWO)
- To ensure that each of their contestants is on time with the schedule such as : meals time, rehearsals, fittings, etc.
- Remain and assist contestants through their activities from early in the morning till they finish their schedule and have returned to their room at night
- Work as a team to maintain the comfort and safety of the contestants, and keep coordinating with MWO to suggest contestants with solution to any problems.

- Able to make the RAB (Rencana Anggaran Bangunan)
- Understand about planning, drafting and structure
- Able to conduct surveillance in the field
- Able to calculate the need of building materials to be used in the field, depend on RAP
