PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina (PT ICA), a subsidiary of one of the state, is a joint venture between Antam and SDK, which is a Japanese company, whereby each share of stock is 80% and 20%. With the construction of this plant from February 2011 until 2014,then this is the first Chemical Grade Alumina plant in SoutheastAsia, and of course this is the pride of us all as a nation of Indonesia.

Process Engineer (PE)
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Chemical, Metallurgical or Materials Engineering from Reputable University
• Minimum GPA least 2.75
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Have an understanding of concepts and preferably experienced in their field
• Have leadership competencies and be able to manage team
• Have high communication skills, both in Indonesian and English
• Computer literate minimal Ms. Office
• Responsible for job
• Honest, hardworking and creative and independent
• Able to work under pressure and targets

Boiler Turbine Generator Engineer (BTGE)
Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Have an understanding of BTG, as well as experience in operating a Coal Power Plant at least 3 years
• Have high communication skills, both in Indonesian and English
• Computer literate minimal Ms. Office
• Responsible for job
• Honest, hardworking and independent
• Able to work under pressure and targets
