ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Responsibilities:

• To maintain the organization structure, job description, and handling the performance management system.

Qualifications:

• Male/Female
• Age maximum 30 years old
• Holding at least a Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Industrial Engineering with min GPA 2.75
• Having at least 2 years experience  handling organization development
• Possess excellent knowledge in organization structure, job description, and performance management
• Having good logic & strong analytical ability.
• Having excellent interpersonal, networking, & leadership skills
• Fluent in both oral & written English  and excellent in MS Office.
• Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci, Tangerang
