ACCOUNT PAYABLE OFFICER
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and ensuring realization of budget
- Monitoring expenses
- Analyzing master data, managing contract, pricing and Account Payable using SAP
- Making budgeting report, new customer report, invoice report
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment or equivalent.
- Good command in English, verbal and written
- Good computer skilss (Excel, Powerpoint and Word)
- Having good communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- MAke AR repots
- Make AR Aging reports based on channel, area and customer
- Prepare AR Aging data for Modern Trade customer
- Monitor and socialize the Credit Limit process
- Communicate with team sales & finance
- Monitor action plan & follow up for issue AR (accounts receivable) Modern Trade customer
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Job role in Financial Accounting & Reporting or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Compile data for monthly tax return PPh 21
- Reconciliation data SAP, Payroll and Tax
- Perform tax payment (SSP)
- Oversee reporting SPT manual and e-spt, in collaboration with all Plant/Depo Controller and HR
- Assisting in mapping/updating business process from payroll to tax reporting
- Assisting in preparing annual employee tax slip form 1721-A1
- Maintain data related employee income tax and non employee income tax
- Assisting in related payment voucher
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Economics or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working knowledge in SAP for Finance, SPT manual and e-Spt
- Proficient in using MS Office, advance in Ms Excel
- Team player, good analytical and problem solving skill
- Well organized, structured, and attention to detail
- Good numerical reasoning & time management skill
- Good command in English both verbal & written
