Requirements :
- Minimum SMK or Diploma (D3) degree
- Fresh Graduate or 1 year in Power Plant industry is a MUST – Staff Level
- Willing to be stationed in East Kalimantan (40 Km from Balikpapan)
- Strong Skill and knowledge in electrical industry
- Strong leadership, problems solving and organizing skills
- Willing to achieve higher responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule
- Good command in both written and spoken English is a MUST
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor (S1) majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent reputable university with minimum GPA of 2.75
- Male/Female
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Proficient computer software applications in the field
- Must have strong analytical skills
