Infrastructure Inutility Design Officer (ID –JID)
Responsibilities : 

• Responsible to plan design and calculate master grading plan for plots, drainage, power / electric system, water, telephone, retaining wall, etc.
• Coordinate with related units, consultant(s), and institution of infrastructure legislation.

Requirements :

• Bachelor / Master majoring in Civil / Infrastructure or equivalent
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Placement : Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang

General Affair Officer (GA-JID)
Responsibilities :

• Maintain office appearance and safety standards. Complete regular safety / tidiness inspections and organize improvements as required. Maintain documented records on office daily cleanliness, Kitchen, Lobby, Parking area and others Office area
• Handling General Affair matters, such as monthly control office AC, Building Electric, any damage of the building caused of any kind matters, etc as required

Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent 
• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. 
• Maximal age 35 years old.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Placement : Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan

Payroll Officer (PO-JID)
Responsibilities : 

• End to end processing of payroll

Requirements :

• Understanding of payroll legislation and processes ie. Tax, Jamsostek
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
• Maximum age 35 years old
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Placement : Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan

Collection Staff (CL-JID)
Responsibilities : 

• Listing consumer’s data and follow up effectively with consumer regarding target collection and uncollected collection

Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
• Minimum GPA 2.75 out of 4.00
• Maximal age 35 years old.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably having experiences in banking
• Excellent communication skills, honest, trustworthy, meticulous
• Placement : Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan

After Sales Manager (ASM-JID)
Responsibilities : 

• Planning on AJBset targets completion, handover certificate budget & complaints handling.
• Deliver after sales report.

Requirements :

• Having good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Bachelor / Master in Marketing / Finance
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximal age 35 years old. 
• Having 2-4 years experience in property retail industry or related position
• Placement : Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan

Sales Manager (SM-JID)
Responsibilities : 

• Responsible for making strategic planning and achieving sales target.
• Deliver and analyze sales report.

Requirements :

• Having good communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor / Master in Finance or Marketing
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Having 2-4 yrs experience in property retail industry or related position
• Placement : Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan

Marketing Manager (MM-JID)
Responsibilities : 

• Perform marketing programs and activities to achieve sales target
• Gaining new and maintain strong partnership with existing tenants
• Regularly control and review financial report

Requirements :

• Having good leadership skills and strategic thinking
• Bachelor / Master majoring in  Business / Management / Public Relation
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Having 3-5 yrs experience in property retail industry or related position
• Placement : Bintaro Jaya – Tangerang Selatan
