Rental Marketing Officer (RMO)
Main Job :

• Presenting the services short-term vehicle lease to customer
• Maintaining and developing relationship with new and existing customers via telephone calls and emails.

Requirements :

• Max age 28 years old
• Minimum Diploma Degree’s (D3) / Bachelor Degree’s (S1) from any major with GPA min 3.00
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Strong selling / marketing skill
• Computer literate (MS Office)

Customer Care Coordinator (CCC)
Main Job

• Have responsible in customer satisfaction  to TRAC services,  giving all in services  to customer complaints and also developing corporate service culture  by training lesson all over TRAC branches in Indonesia

Requirements

• Maximum age 28 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) Degree’s from any major
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Experience in a customer service and/or technically related field preferred
• Able to speak English
• Flexible and able to work well in a team environment
• Good interpersonal skill and well groomed
• Preferred for those who lived in Banjarmasin, Pontianak, Pekanbaru, and Medan

Marketing Officer (MO)
Main Job :

• Presenting the services long-term vehicle lease to customer in line with corporate target.
• Dealing and negotiating to prospected customer (closing deal)
• Maintaining and developing relationship with new and existing customers via telephone calls and emails.

Requirements

• Maximum age 28 years old
• Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) Degree’s from any major
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Strong selling / marketing skill
• Computer literate (MS Office)
• Preferred for those who lived in Malang, Denpasar, Lombok, and Pontianak
