- Responsible for the development of Adaro Indonesia Long Term Mining Plans, liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure the completion of the following associated long term plans:Water Management, Waste Dumping Management, Land Management, Marketing.
- Completion of internal JORC Reservation Estimations and supporting documentation for Adaro Energy.
- Development of Mine Planning Tools and processes for Adaro Indonesia.

- To lead Adaro Energy’s investor relations efforts through a cost-effective, proactive program.
- To manage the perceptions of international and domestic investors, analysts and other financial market influences in order to optimize the valuation of Adaro Energy as a publicly traded company. This position reports to the Head of Investor Relations (General Manager) and is a highly visible role both internally and externally.
- You will actively promote transparency and fair disclosure.
- Together with Senior Management you will develop and execute an Investor Relations program and develop and execute core financial communications strategies and messages.
- You will assist in the preparation, planning and distribution of investor relations documents and materials.
- You will coordinate the preparation, implementation and follow-up for investor roadshows, conferences and meetings with financial analysts, institutional investors and shareholders.
- You will coordinate interviews with the financial media and work to augment Adaro Energy’s financial brand and position in the investment community.
- Additional responsibilities include conducting ongoing market research, analyzing competitors, industry metrics and financial valuations; serving as one of the primary liaisons for day-to-day inquiries from investors and stock analysts; maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Adaro Energy’s business and strategy; reporting key issues, shareholder information and market insights to executive management and making recommendations based on observations; and monitoring fluctuations in shareholder base.
