Job Description
- FastrEx is an exciting opportunity for you to develop leadership skills in your area of focus in a warehouse and distribution management environment. The main objective of this program is to provide management trainees with a broad exposure through a rotational program, building skills to allow advancement within the Company.
- Job rotation to various department or project at DHL Supply Chain Indonesia covering Business Development, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Warehouse and Distribution Operation.
- Assignments at Departments and Projects to explore, plan & develop each department and project.
- Indonesian citizen
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable University
- Maximum age 27 years old
- Minimum GPA 3.00
- Good command of English both verbal and written
- Good organization, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong sense of creative, innovative, and able to think out of the box
- Cooperative, discipline, and able to work as a team
- Willing to be developed and engaged under DHL Management trainer program
- Willing to be posted in DHL Supply Chain Indonesia’s Deparment or Project around Indonesia
