Organization Development Supervisor (ODSPV)
Responsibilities:

• (Selected candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating and giving recommendation about HR Practices in our Noodle Division in order to develop our organization and people)

Requirements :

• Hold bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university of any major (preferably Psychology / Human Resource Management)
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Experienced (at least 2 years as OD staff or OD Asst)
• Good command in English
• Computer literate, able to operate MS Office
• Placement : Ancol-Jakarta Utara
• Competencies
• Having good knowledge in HR Practices (such as organization design, organization structure, job evaluation, performance management,etc)
• Self motivated, eager to learn
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving

Teknisi Elektrik
Requirements :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) from reputable university majoring in Electro Engineering, Electricity Engineering or related major
• Minimum GPA of 2.8
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Understanding electrical instruments
• Willing to work in workshop

• Computer Literate
