Order Fulfillment - Jakarta
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily assigned parts delivery status, approximately 1,xxx part numbers with Global-based suppliers to prevent production downtime and missed station
- Ensure inventory and supplier information in MGO system are timely maintained with accuracy
- Contact suppliers and logistics partners to arrange expedited premium shipment as necessary
- Maintain inventory buffer/min/max levels, obsolescence and direct inventory value at the adequate level
- Execute daily tasks following strict adherence to processes and procedures required by BRM
- Inform department management of high risk situations causing potential downtime and develop countermeasures to prevent production downtime and missed station
- Support other departments (Purchasing, Manufacturing, Finance) on special studies and business projects requiring material control input
- Willing to fast move and mobility work with shop floor as business requirement
- Maintain visual control within scope of responsibility
- Ability to work cross functionally to solve and find every solution to secure operation
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- 2-3 years experience in the Material Management / Supply Chain Management / Lean Manufacturing, Import Material experience very beneficial.
- Knowledge of IT system such as MRP, MGO, SAP, and MS. office based applications
- Proven ability to work with and within team orientated environment.
- Ability to work in a stressful, fast-moving environment
- Be flexible to support other parts ordering team members, participate in job rotation as required and work in any shift to support operations.
