Supply Chain Admin Staff - Jakarta
Job Responsibilities :
  • Doing administration work within suply chain division such manage a letter, documents, and filing
  • Compile the monthly report from all section within suplay chain division
  • Arranging the meeting, flight and accomodation for bussiness trip for all suply chain division team
  • Inputting data to suply chain system
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Having at least 1 years experience in admisitration works
  • Having computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good command in English bothoral and written
  • Having a good interpersonal skiils
  • Good communication skill, detail oriented, able to work in a team
Document Control Officer - Jakarta
Job Responsibilities :
  • Managing and maintaining corporate legal documents (Articles of Association, agreement, license, share certificates, register of shareholders), including subsidiaries that have legal implications both hardcopy and softcopy for ensuring documentation and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manages all the working files are done, make sure all the working files have accurate information.
  • Check the validity of each document in accordance with the regulations.
  • Doing documentation in accordance with the provisions and procedures so that documents can be easily found if needed, stored in database systems, controlled presence and preserved in reasonable condition.
Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor degree in Library Management
  • Having at least 2 years experience in Document Controller
  • Computer literate (Ms, Excel)
  • Good command in Ennglish both oral and written
  • Good communication skill, detail oriented, able to work in a team
Secretary
Job Responsibilities :
  • Collecting Calendar Of Event (COE) in each Depatement
  • Collect project schedule which has been proposed and combine it to all schedule activity
  • Supervising the accuracy of any COE implementation schedule and project
  • Prepare report and material of COE presentation or periodically project
  • Prepare annual report of COE or Project to the Management
  • Prepare schedule of regular meetings and ensure that all invitation to work according the schedule
  • Perform documentation of the result of meetings (Minute Of Meetings)
  • Implement administrative management of the entire process
Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma degree of Secretary/ Communication/ Management
  • Minimum 2 (two) years related position as Secretary/ Personal Assistant/ Administration Officer
  • Have an ability of filling and administration management
  • Excellent command in English both oral and written
  • Able to operate computer (excellent in Microsoft Office)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills's

Reporting Senior Staff
Job Responsibilities :
  • Collect the financial statements of the subsidiary Adaro Group for the purposes of the preparation of the financial statements of Adaro Group to Bapepam
  • Create a summary financial report of each subsidiary Adaro Group each month to produce an accurate summary and ready for further processing
Requirements :
  • Graduated from S1 degree Majoring in Accounting from reputable University.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in public accountant company
  • Strong analytical skill and detail oriented
  • Highly motivated person, creative, independent, excellent interpersonal skills, accurate, team work and hard working.
  • Able to work independently, able to deliver a work within tight dead line, ready to work under pressure.
  • Fluently in English both oral and written
Industrial Relation Superintendent
Job Responsibilities :
  • Ensuring the management of Industrial Relations in the company carried out in accordance with the vision, mission, values and policies in order to ensure compliance to company regulations concerning labor government for smooth operations of the company.
  • Draft plan of activities, the draft program and budget for the management of Industrial Relations in the company based on the strategies and policies that have been established to ensure compliance with established management objectives
  • Reviewing the Company Regulation (PP) and the Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) to ensure corporate companies are always in compliance with government regulations.
  • Identify and analyze labor issues experienced by employees in the company and provide a recommendation solutions in industrial relations dispute resolution that can be handled properly in accordance with the policies.
Requirements :
  • Graduated from S1 degree from any major from reputable University.
  • Minimum 4  years experience in industrial relation
  • Experience in Legal Consultant/Lawyer is preferred
  • Depth knowledge in Labor Legislation and Industrial Relation Dispute Settlement (PPHI)
  • Having experience in litigation process at Industrial Relation Court
  • Having experience in dealing with Labor Union in resolving industrial relation issues and negotiation of Collective Labor Agreement (CLA)
  • Strong analytical skill and detail oriented

Tax Superintendent
Job Responsibilities :
  • Review and compilation of the data sources taxes, regular tax reports, calculating taxable income and tax liabities Tax Management and related recommendations in an effort to achieve the optimal fulfillment of tax obligations.
  • Reviewing and ensuring completeness of the data needed to make a response to correspondence from tax office, the process of transfer (PBK).
  • Update on tax law
  • Review and compile pre-assessment audit and prepare tax administration documentation
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Have working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Having computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good command in English bothoral and written
  • Having a good interpersonal skiils
  • Good communication skill, detail oriented, able to work in a team
Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities :
  • Evaluatethe sources of tax data, tax reporting basis, calculating taxable income and tax liabities Tax Management and related recommendations in an effort to achieve the optimal fulfillment of tax obligations.
  • Evaluate the response to correspondence from tax office, the process of transfer (PBK) to ensure the contents of the response and its implementation in accordance with the interests of the company and the tax office.
  • Make presentations in tax laws and regulations and / or new tax rules for internal company in an effort to build awareness in the corporate tax.
  • Evaluating pre tax audit assessment was done in order to support the smooth process of examination by the tax office.
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
  • Have working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
  • Having computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, Power Point)
