Customer Relation Leader - Narogong
Responsibilities
- To plan, initiate, supervise, monitor and control the implementation and effectiveness of customer retention & relationship strategies, programs, activities and ideas that enhance and promote excellent and consistent customer experience by identifying and analysing various types of consumer behaviors through multiple sales channels in order to ensure and guarantee customer satisfaction and loyalty to Holcim Indonesia’s products, services and brands.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years experience of customer handling and customer relationship management
- Customer Contact Center experience, especially in managing / supervising the operation.
- Advance in SAP-SD Module, CRM-Service Clouds, Telephony Infrastructure and Network Engineering.
- IT Literate
- Excellent in English written and verbal
- Able to create a system and install technology that satisfies and respond well to various customers of Holcim Indonesia as well as to support and enable the customer care team to execute and handle daily roles
- Strong analytical, innovative, effective problem solving skill, and customer focus oriented
- Excellent leadership and communication skill
Responsibilities
- As Batcher, the incumbent will be responsible to realize the production process of concrete in a batching plant and also arrange the support facility in order to ensure the customer’s design specifications and timings are met.
- Education:
- Minimum Diploma’s degree in Engineering (Civil) is desirable with 1 year experience, Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Experience:
- Have an operational experience in Concrete (or like) industry
- Have an experience as concrete technician experience
- Computer literacy:
- Proficient with MS Office , SAP and Lotus Notes
- Languange:
- Good in English And Bahasa
- Other qualification / skills:
- Have Integrity and honesty
- Know how to operate a batch plant and support production facilities
- Mechanical knowledge
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work with and in a multicultural team
- Good communication skill
