SR CPM Key Account
Requirements :
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major
  • Experience :          
    • Sales/ business development experience and certain construction project management exposure is preferred
    • Minimum working experience of 2-3 years on construction sites as project manager, assistant project manager, supervisor/ coordinator or architect and designer
    • Has a general insight in retail and/or consumer business, especially in channel management
  • Computer literacy ; SAP, MS Office & Lotus Notes
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English
  • Other qualification / skills :
    • Strong passion in business development
    • Strong drive for execution
    • Negotiation skill Communication skill

Project Liason Team Leader
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from engineering, preferably Civil Engineering
  • Preferably 2 years experience in Cement, Concrete, and high rise construction or 2 years experience of managing Batching Plant Operation/ Customer Service & Sales in construction industry
  • Proficient with Ms.Office, SAP SD & CDS, Lotus notes and Internet will be advantage
  • Good command of spoken & written english is a must
  • Other qualification / skills :          
    • Strong analytical,  innovative, effective problem solving skill, and customer focus oriented.
    • Excellent communication  skill - Good listener who is able to adjust to individual communication styles and partners, convincing and powerful assertiveness, good negotiation and consulting abilities
    • Basic mapping area knowledge (location, plant location, Competitor plant etc)

Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
  • Experience :
    • Fresh graduate with excellent analytical skill & passion to investigate the market are welcome to apply
    • Experienced in B2B market research is an advantage

CIL Plant Safety Officer
Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree Graduated of Technical Engineer (Safety, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical)
  • Experience :
    • 3 (three) years work at Manufacturing Industry
    • 2 (two) years work at Safety Management System
    • Having AK3 Umum or NEBOSH certificate
  • Computer literate : Microsoft office, Lotus Notes
  • Good of  English both oral & written
  • Other qualification / skills :
    • Knowledge of Risk Management System
    • Knowledge and understand of OH&S Standards & Regulation

Requirements :
  • Senior High School (SMU / SMK)
  • Experience :
    • Minimum 1 year in current position

Requirements :
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical) is preferable
  • Two years working experiences preferable holding the similar position in any multinational manufacturing company

  • Other qualification / skills :

AFR Specialist
Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma of science/chemical engineering , higher educational background in related subject will be advantageous
  • Experience :          
    • Min 5 years experience in handling  related Laboratory activities
    • Experience with process quality control , laboratory work and familiar with AFR usage
  • Computer literate : Office & Lotus Notes, having other knowledge in computer operation system  will be advantageous
  • Good in written and spoken English
  • Other qualification / skills :          
    • Good knowledge in cement manufacturing process
    • Good knowledge in plant specific requirement and regulation requirement in related with AFR usage
    • Have ISO implementation knowledge
    • Have capability in data analysis, result interpretation and RCA
