Marketing Contract Administrator
Job Responsibilities :

• To set up computerized files of all sales contracts from Marketing Division for both international and domestic markets to ensure efficient and effective file management.
• To ensure that all sales contract addendums are updated and documented as an integrated part of their master contracts.
• To provide necessary advice to Marketing Administration Department on coal pricing for invoicing purpose to the customer.
• In conjunction with Supply Chain Management, to provide update on contract /tonnage performance to other Marketing Departments as required.
• To further develop the Pit to Port format to computerize all invoicing to the customer to increase invoicing efficiency.
• To computerize or manage all contract correspondences hard copy from customers and potential customers.
• To assist customer relations and contractual negotiations with the customer.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree with major in Law or Mining Engineer with min. GPA 3.00.
• Having experience in contract drafting, especially in coal contract drafting.
• Having 2 years ecxperience in the same position.
• Fluent in english is a must.
• Good communication, and interpersonal skill.
• Detail oriented.

Treasury Supervisor - Jakarta
Job Responsibilities

• Perform and control day to day treasury activities.
• Prepare and monitoring all treasury activities.
• Making daily journal transaction.
• Perform other related accounting and finance duties

Job Requirements :

• Male/ Female with maximum 30 years of age
• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from Accounting or Finance.
• Having experience as treasury officer or finance officer(preferably from public accountant and mining company).
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Having knowledge about tax.
• Having knowledge about cash management and budgeting.
• Having good planning, good interpersonal and communication skill with all level in organization, target oriented, and good analytical thinking.

Purchasing Supervisor
Job Responsibilities :

• Leading, directing and coordinating the operations carried out in accordance Purchasing  systems and procedures to ensure that all the needs of each part can be met on time, in accordance with the expected specifications and cost efficient so that operations run smoothly and achieve the production target has been set.

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree from Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 2 years experience in Logistic and purchasing division in mining, oil & gas company.
• Certified as Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP)
• Have good conceptual thinking
• Communication skill
• Negotiation skill
• Have a wide Vendor networking for logistic in mining company
• Willing to be placed at Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan
