Assistant Accounting & Finance Manager (Code: AF)
Requirements :

• Perform functional and administrative management of all accounting control activities
• Responsible for accurate monthly financial statements  
• Forecast and control cash flow management
• Having good leadership skills and strategic thinking
• Bachelor / Master of Accounting / Business / Management
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Max. age 35 years old. 2-4 yrs experience in property retail industry or related position

Marketing Manager (Code: MM)
Requirements :

• Perform marketing programs and activities to achieve sales target
• Gaining new and maintain strong partnership with existing tenants
• Regularly control and review financial report
• Having good leadership skills and strategic thinking
• Bachelor / Master degree majoring in Business / Management / Public Relation
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Having 3-5 years experience in property retail industry or related position

Sales Manager (Code: SM)
Requirements :

• Responsible for making strategic planning and achieving sales target.
• Deliver and analyze sales report.
• Having good communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor / Master degree majoring in Finance or Marketing
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximum age 35 years old
• Having 2-4 years experience in property retail industry or related position

After Sales Manager (Code: ASM)
Requirements :

• Planning on AJBset targets completion, handover certificate budget & complaints handling.
• Deliver after sales report.
• Having good communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Bachelor / Master degree majoring in Civil or Marketing
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Having 2-4 years experience in property retail industry or related position
• Placement in Tangerang Selatan – Bintaro Jaya

Architect (Code: OP)
Requirements

• Perform concept and final design for residential, office and commercial buildings.
• Proficient using AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop.
• Bachelor / Master  degree majoring in Architect
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximal age 35 years old
• 2-3 years experience in related position would be advantage.
• Placement in Tangerang Selatan – Bintaro Jaya

Building (Infrastructure Manager) (Code: MRI)
Requirements :

• Ensure quality, time and quantity as assigned in project
• Managing all resources; manpower, materials and contractors to ensure  scheduled completion
• Bachelor / Master  degree majoring in Architect / Civil Engineering
• Minimum GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) and 3.00 (Master) out of 4.00.
• Maximal age 35 years old
• Having 2-3 years experience in property retail industry or related position
