- Holding D3/S1 Degree majoring in Industrial / Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 2,75
- FRESH GRADUATE or having minimum 1 year experience in the relevant field
- Self Confidence, highly self motivated and willingness to learn
- Having excellent knowledge on alloy casting or machining, or painting process
- Having deep understanding on technical drawing, statistic, Pro Model, AUTOCAD, and Pro Eng
